Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A customer must record a video while receiving and opening a package. If the product is found damaged in the video while unboxing, we can only accept a return after examining the proof.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our error. Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery. The customer must provide a video of unpacking the parcel to show the team received it in a defective condition.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Note: Product returns are only allowed in the case of damage.
About Refund
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only accept the return items if they are defective or damaged. To share the inboxing video, send us an email at sales@kitabcorner.in and send your item to the provided address in an email after you get approval via email for the return of the item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping on Return:
A return item does not incur a shipping cost. However, the time it takes for your product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

About Cancel Order:
Once the order is placed at Kitab Corner, it can not be canceled, and no refund will be provided in normal cases.
Additional Note on Shipping / NDR / RTO
If a customer provides incorrect delivery details, such as the wrong phone number, pin code, or address, the courier will be unable to deliver the product to the correct location. In cases where the package is returned to origin (RTO) or marked as non-delivery (NDR), the customer will not receive a full refund. Delivery charges and return-to-origin (RTO) fees will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping expenses.
